Experiencing infertility while yearning to start a family is profoundly painful. Amidst the countless medical appointments, medications, hormones, and well-meaning advice to "just relax", it's easy to feel disconnected from your own body and life. I aim for our time together to serve as a sanctuary or support where you can freely process the feelings that come up during the process, while also incorporating strategies to navigate the stress it brings.
Postpartum Support

The postpartum experience resembles a constantly shifting maze, navigating through challenges like postpartum anxiety and depression, sleep deprivation, healing from childbirth, discovering your new identity, and adjusting to the changes in your relationships. I'm here to support you through these emotions, uncertainties, and daily struggles by encouraging you to establish new routines, prioritize self-care, and develope coping mechanisms to empower you to embrace your role as both a nurturing mother and fulfilled woman.
